Jitu Virwani is the Chairman of Embassy Group. Since its founding in 1993 and under his stewardship, Embassy has grown into one of India’s foremost integrated real estate platforms, with a portfolio of over 100 million square feet across commercial, residential, hospitality, services, retail, and education assets in India and international markets.

In 2017, he introduced WeWork to India, establishing one of the country’s leading flexible workspace platforms. Jitu then launched Embassy Office Parks REIT, India’s first publicly listed and Asia’s largest Real Estate Investment Trust, in 2019. He was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of WeWork India in 2024 and in 2025 oversaw the successful IPO of WeWork India Management Ltd. on the NSE and BSE. In the same year, he was appointed Chairman of Embassy Developments Ltd., one of India’s largest listed real estate developers. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

An ardent equestrian and advocate for the growth of the sport in India, Jitu has played a pivotal role in advancing the country’s presence on the global equestrian stage; he is equally passionate about education as a force for social transformation and believes in creating opportunities that uplift communities and generations to come.

Narpat Singh Choraria is a Director of Embassy Group with over three decades of experience in real estate and property development. Having been associated with the Group since its inception, he has played an integral role in its growth and evolution. He oversees investor relationships and land-related matters, bringing deep expertise in strategic land development and stakeholder engagement. Before joining Embassy, he was General Manager at Wajdi International Traders, Dubai. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta.

Aditya Virwani

Aditya Virwani is the Managing Director of Embassy Group and Embassy Developments Ltd., and serves on the board of Embassy Office Parks REIT. Formerly the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, he has been instrumental in steering Embassy’s evolution from a privately held real estate developer into an institutional-grade platform with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, residential, hospitality, and other asset classes. Mentored closely by his father and Group Chairman Jitu Virwani, Aditya spent his formative years building deep operational experience across the business. He played a key role in the successful launch of India’s first listed REIT, marking a historic milestone in the country’s real estate sector.

Today, Aditya is focused on shaping Embassy’s next phase of growth – strengthening core businesses, unlocking new markets, and driving innovation across the platform. Passionate about social impact, he is deeply involved in Embassy’s CSR initiatives, particularly in education and sustainability, with a long-term commitment to empowering underprivileged communities through access to quality education.

Karan Virwani

Managing Director and CEO – WeWork India

Karan Virwani is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of WeWork India. He is responsible for overseeing the Company’s critical operational and growth-focused functions. Beginning his career with Lounge Hospitality LLP, a startup venture that owns and operates premium restaurants, manages residential clubhouses, and provides outdoor catering services in India, he then joined the Chairman’s Office at Embassy Property Developments Private Ltd. He has been recognised in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list (2019), GQ’s Most Influential Young Indians (2018), and BW’s Best CEO of a Flex Space (2023). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent.

Reeza Sebastian Karimpanal

Reeza Sebastian Karimpanal is the Chief Revenue Officer, Residential, at Embassy Developments Ltd. and a member of Embassy Group’s senior leadership team. With over 24 years of experience across real estate, FMCG, and IT/ITES sectors, she leads the Group’s residential business, overseeing product strategy, marketing, sales, customer experience, and business growth across regions. Having been with Embassy for over 18 years, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the residential vertical and driving its growth through end-to-end product conceptualisation, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement.

Reeza is among the few women to hold a leadership position in India’s real estate industry and has been recognised with several industry accolades, including Woman Leader in Business Development & Strategic Growth by Realty Plus (2026), Iconic Leader of Indian Realty by Realty Plus (2024), Real Estate Professional of the Year at the Global Real Estate Brand Awards (2023), and Women Super Achiever in the Real Estate Sector at the Times Business Awards (2018). She is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources Management from Christ University, Bengaluru.

Saarang is the Chief Executive Officer of Embassy Services Pvt. Ltd. (ESPL). With over 11 years of experience in real estate management, he has spent the past seven years shaping ESPL into one of India’s most trusted real estate management firms, overseeing 130 million square feet across 13 states and advancing the company’s growth through innovation, service excellence, and strategic diversification.

Previously, as Chief Operating Officer, Saarang expanded ESPL’s capabilities across a diverse range of real estate asset classes. He also introduced new service lines, including Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Renewable Energy Advisory. Under his leadership, ESPL has strengthened its platform through the integration of TCFM in 2016 and the acquisition of Paledium Security Services in 2024. He continues to drive the company’s vision of building a fully integrated, end-to-end real estate services platform.

Italian-born Silva Storai leads the Embassy International Riding School with decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence. India’s only professional woman jockey and the only woman jockey in the world to have won two Derby titles, she combines exceptional competitive experience with a deep understanding of equine behaviour. Supported by a team of experienced riders and trainers, Silva has played a pivotal role in shaping the riding school’s reputation for excellence in equestrian training and horse management. Through her mentorship and commitment to developing talent, she has contributed to elevating Indian riders on the global stage, including at prestigious events such as the Asian Games and the Olympics.

Emanda Vaz

Emanda Vaz is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Embassy Developments Ltd., with over 19 years of experience across real estate, financial services, wealth management and hospitality. She leads the organisation’s brand, marketing, public relations, corporate communications and customer engagement functions.

Since joining Embassy Group in 2014, Emanda has shaped the brand across its office parks, hospitality, club and luxury residential businesses, and led the marketing and sales strategy for its ultra-luxury residential portfolio. Prior to Embassy, Emanda held roles with Four Seasons Private Residences Bengaluru, Kotak Mahindra Bank and ASK Wealth Management.

Her accolades include the Global Real Estate Brand Awards – Professional of the Year 2026, Social Samosa Superwomen Class of 2026, Realty+ 40 Under 40 in Marketing & PR (2025) and The Economic Times’ Top 250 Great Managers (2021). Shaina Ganapathy

Shaina is the Head of Community Outreach at Embassy Group and a member of its senior leadership team. She has built a centralised approach to giving back across Embassy’s businesses, aligning initiatives in education, healthcare, and sustainable infrastructure with the Group’s vision of contributing to the social, economic, and environmental development of the communities in which it operates. She has been instrumental in shaping flagship programmes such as Colours of Life Academy (COLA), Embassy’s alumni initiative for government school students, and Corporate Connect, which brings together corporate occupiers across Embassy’s business parks to drive collective action towards sustainable change.

Shaina was part of the founding team of Stonehill International School and has served on its Governing Council since the school’s inception in 2008, contributing to its strategic growth and the long-term development of its campus. Prior to joining Embassy, she spent over nine years in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in International Marketing.

Giulia Baima Bollone

Giulia Baima Bollone is the Director of Embassy Interiors. With over 30 years of international experience across architecture, interior design, heritage restoration, and spatial planning, she brings a holistic, human-centred approach to design.

After beginning her career with leading design firms in Italy, including Living Design and Studio Rigotti, Giulia completed a Master’s degree in Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Turin. She later worked with renowned architect Riccardo Zanetta on the restoration of the historic buildings surrounding Piazza Vittorio Veneto in Turin, one of Europe’s largest historic squares. Following her move to India in 2000, she held leadership role at Dynamatic Technologies Limited before joining Embassy Group in 2017, where she established and now leads Embassy Interiors.

Rajesh Bajaj

Rajesh Bajaj is the Senior Executive Director – Corporate Affairs at Embassy Group, where he has spent over 25 years shaping the Group’s engagement with government, industry, and key external stakeholders. He has played a pivotal role in advancing public policy dialogue, fostering strategic partnerships, and supporting Embassy’s long-term growth.

Rajesh was also instrumental in bringing the Hilton brand to Bengaluru, leading Embassy’s strategic engagement for the development of the flagship Hilton Bengaluru Embassy GolfLinks. Prior to joining Embassy, Rajesh was an entrepreneur in the finance and real estate sectors.

Maria Rajesh

Chief Human Resources Officer

Maria Rajesh is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Embassy Group and Embassy Developments Ltd. as well as a member of the Group’s senior leadership team. With over 30+ years of professional experience, including more than two decades in executive Human Resources leadership across complex, multi-business organizations, she leads the Group’s people strategy, with a focus on workforce, leadership and succession planning, performance and reward governance, organizational design, employee relations, and capability development.

Since joining Embassy in 2006, Maria has established and evolved the Group’s human resources function and her leadership extends beyond policy and process to building a people-first culture that aligns talent strategy with business growths. She also actively supports non-profit organisations, including World Vision India, Little Sisters of the Poor, and the Lovedale Foundation. She is certified in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University, a Hogan Practioner and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Rajesh Kaimal

Rajesh Kaimal is the Chief Financial Officer of Embassy Group and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Embassy Developments Ltd. With over 31 years of experience, he leads the Group’s financial strategy across treasury, capital raising, financial planning, taxation, corporate legal & secretarial, transaction structuring, procurement, and business operations.

As Group CFO, Rajesh played a pivotal role in the successful listing of India’s first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). He has led fund raises exceeding ₹35,000 crore and spearheaded several landmark transactions, including the sale of Embassy TechVillage and Embassy Splendid TechZone to Embassy Office Parks REIT, the sale of Embassy Industrial Parks to Blackstone India, and the reverse merger of Embassy with the erstwhile Indiabulls Real Estate, creating one of India’s largest listed real estate companies. He also played a key role in the listing of WeWork India. In addition, Rajesh is leading the Group’s digital transformation through the implementation of SAP and other enterprise platforms.

Prior to joining Embassy, he spent 17 years with the Manipal Group, where he held leadership roles and helped establish premier educational institutions in India and overseas. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from K. J. Somaiya College, Mumbai, and an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Technology & Management, Mumbai.

Kahraman Yigit

Kahraman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Olive Hospitality, Embassy Group’s hospitality platform. With over 17 years of global experience in real estate development, operations, and hospitality, he leads the company’s strategy and growth as it expands its multi-brand, AI-enabled and asset-light portfolio across India.

He began his career in his family’s real estate business in Istanbul, where he was involved in the development of New Istanbul, a 1,500-acre satellite city project. From 2009 onwards, he specialised in purpose-built student housing, pioneering the sector in Turkey by bringing together institutional investors to develop and operate student accommodation projects across the region. Kahraman was educated at Gordonstoun School, Scotland, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, Rhode Island, USA.

Maria Zakharova

Maria Zakharova is the Director of Embassy Education, and leads the Group’s education vertical. She has chaired the Governing Council of Embassy Academy since its inception in 2024, overseeing the school’s strategy, campus planning, and operations. She also serves on the Governing Council of Stonehill International School, supporting its long-term vision and institutional growth.

With nearly 13 years at Embassy Group and over 20 years of international experience, Maria brings deep institutional knowledge to the Group’s education initiatives. Based in India for over five years, she continues to play a key role in shaping Embassy’s education platform.

Devika Priyadarsini

Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Devika Priyadarsini, working as Company Secretary of Embassy Property Developments Private Limited comes with experience of 8 years in company secretarial duties, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Her experience includes a wide range of responsibilities and delivering the same with accuracy such as, Ensuring listed and unlisted compliances and corporate governance requirements, Managing regulatory requirements for group entities, Advising on corporate restructuring, foreign collaborations, and joint ventures, Handling mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, Representing organizations before regulatory and government authorities (e.g., Ministry of Corporate Affairs, RBI).

She has been associated with the Embassy Group for the last 3.5 years. Along with the membership of Company Secretary she holds a Master’s degree in Finance.

Chirag Boonlia is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Embassy Group and Embassy Developments Ltd. With over 20 years of experience spanning technology, digital transformation, and business strategy, he leads the Group’s enterprise-wide technology agenda, including the integration of technology platforms following the merger of NAM Estates (an Embassy Group entity) with Equinox India Developments Ltd. (formerly Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd.)

Prior to joining Embassy, Chirag held leadership roles at Xander Group, JSW Group, Aditya Birla Realty, Oracle, and Infosys, leading technology and business transformation initiatives across real estate and allied sectors. An award-winning technology leader, Chirag has been recognised by Forbes India, CIO Insider India, and Digital First Magazine, with honours including Forbes India Top 20 Tech Leaders, CIO of the Year 2019, the World’s Best CIO Leadership Excellence Award – APAC, and recognition among the Top 10 Influential CTOs. A regular speaker at industry forums, he also mentors and invests in institutional-backed start-ups. Chirag holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Dibrugarh University and an MBS from IBS Hyderabad.
