Jitu Virwani is the Chairman of Embassy Group, where he has managed and led the organisation since 1993. Under his leadership, Embassy has expanded to encompass well over 75 million square feet of commercial, residential, hospitality, services, retail, and education spaces across key Indian and international markets, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, the NCR, Thiruvananthapuram, and Serbia, among others. With a commitment to high standards of quality, world-class services, environmental responsibility, and safety, Embassy has established itself as a leading integrated real estate platform in India.

Jitu played a pivotal role in launching India’s first publicly listed and Asia’s largest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and has overseen the expansion of Embassy’s residential portfolio of 21 million square feet of ready residential developments, offering a diverse range of living options such as branded residences, uber-luxury villas, exclusive villaments, sky condominiums, integrated communities, senior living, and contemporary homes.

In 2017, Jitu introduced WeWork to India, which has since become one of the country’s leading flexible workspace providers, with 100,000+ desks across 60+ locations in eight cities. In 2024, he was appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of WeWork India.

In October 2025, WeWork India Management Ltd., the flexible workspace business majority-owned and promoted by Embassy Group, successfully launched its initial public offering (IPO) on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The ₹3,000-crore IPO was subscribed multiple times and marked a significant milestone in the company’s growth trajectory and public market debut.

In February 2025, Jitu was appointed Chairman of the Board of Embassy Developments Ltd., one of India’s largest listed real estate developers. 

He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Narpat Singh Choraria

Narpat Singh Choraria, has over 3 decades of experience in the real estate and property development sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Calcutta University. He has been a part of the Company since incorporation. He is a Director of the company. Prior to joining the Company, he has worked as General Manager with Wajdi International Traders, Dubai. He is currently responsible for handling investor relationships and land related issues of the Company.

Aditya Virwani

Aditya Virwani is the Managing Director of Embassy Group and Embassy Developments Ltd., and serves on the board of Embassy Office Parks REIT. Formerly the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, he has been instrumental in steering Embassy’s evolution from a privately held real estate developer into an institutional-grade platform with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, residential, hospitality, and other asset classes.

Mentored closely by his father and Group Chairman Jitu Virwani, Aditya spent his formative years building deep operational experience across the business. He played a key role in the successful launch of India’s first listed REIT, marking a historic milestone in the country’s real estate sector.

Today, Aditya is focused on shaping Embassy’s next phase of growth — strengthening core businesses, unlocking new markets, and driving innovation across the platform. Passionate about social impact, he is deeply involved in Embassy’s CSR initiatives, particularly in education and sustainability, with a long-term commitment to empowering underprivileged communities through access to quality education.

Karan Virwani

Karan Virwani, CEO, WeWork India, is a young and dynamic entrepreneur, who has paved the way for opening the Indian market to WeWork, a New York-based collaborative workspace giant. Under Karan’s aegis, WeWork has experienced tremendous success and the brand has grown to be the leading provider of collaborative workspaces in the country.

Karan has always been passionate about contributing to the startup community and with that vision, WeWork’s spaces are present in India’s 34 prime locations, where freelancers, growing businesses, and enterprises alike have found a space that encourages them to connect, exchange ideas and foster creativity. As a leader, he has transformed WeWork into one of the fastest growing and most disruptive startups in India.

Reeza Sebastian Karimpanal

Reeza Sebastian Karimpanal is the Executive President – Residential Business of Embassy Group. She has been elected as a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Reeza has over 23 years of experience in the fields of brand management, sales and marketing spanning diverse industries such as Real Estate, FMCG and IT/ITES.  
  
At Embassy, she heads the Residential Business and is part of the senior leadership team. Reeza has been with the Group for over 17 years as a key contributor to the Group’s strategies, operations and decision making. Reeza, with her expertise in overall management has helped structure and position the residential vertical with end to end conceptualisation, product strategy, marketing, sales and customer relationship management towards its enormous success and credibility in the Industry. The residential portfolio of Embassy consists of 53 million sq. ft. of ready, ongoing and proposed developments catering to various investment brackets. 
 
Reeza has emerged as one of the few women to hold a leadership position in the Real Estate industry and was honoured as an “Iconic Leader of Indian Realty” by Realty Plus in November 2024, with the “Real Estate Professional of the Year” by Global Real Estate Brand Awards in 2023, and the ‘Women Super Achiever in Real Estate Sector’ by the Times Business Awards, 2018. 
  
Prior to joining Embassy, Reeza was associated with an FMCG major in Dubai as a Brand Manager. Earlier, she worked as the Assistant Manager – Marketing with an IT/ITES company. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources Management from Christ University in Bangalore.

Saarang Ganapathi is the COO of Embassy Services Pvt. Ltd. (ESPL). Saarang leads with a focus on driving operational excellence in Property and Facility Management. His strategic vision is instrumental in expanding ESPL’s capabilities in renewable energy and project management consultancy, reinforcing the company’s position as a pioneer in integrated property management.

With over 13 years of experience in the Real Estate Management sector and a tenure of more than 6 years at ESPL, Saarang has a deep understanding of the industry. He has successfully managed a diverse portfolio spanning 130 million square feet across 12 states in India, serving a diverse array of clients in various real estate segments such as large business parks, airports, data centres, hospitality, education, high commission, retail, co-working spaces and residential segment. Saarang oversees a workforce of over 20,000 professionals, ensuring consistent service delivery and innovation in meeting the unique demands of ESPL’s clientele. His ability to integrate operational efficiency with strategic growth initiatives has played a significant role in positioning ESPL as a market leader. By leveraging his comprehensive expertise in managing large-scale real estate portfolios, Saarang is committed to ensuring ESPL’s sustained growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing the company’s market leadership in property and facility management.

Silva Storai

Director, Embassy International Riding School

Italian-born Silva Storai, India’s only professional woman jockey (and the only woman jockey in the world to have won two Derbies) runs Embassy International Riding School with unsurpassed dedication and attention to detail. Her deep understanding of the psychology of the horse combined with years of experience has given her a rare and immeasurable skill in managing the riding school. Ably assisted by carefully trained riders and trainers, she is the guiding spirit behind the success of the riding school and the competition yard.

Shaina Ganapathy

Head – Community Outreach

Shaina is part of the Leadership Team at Embassy Group and heads the Group and its companies’ Outreach initiatives across India that focus on Education, Health, and Sustainable Infrastructure.

Shaina has been a part of Embassy Group for over 15 years. Her initial assignment with Embassy was for 3 and half years in Residential Sales and Marketing. She then worked closely with the Chairman of the Group for 6 years and was an integral part of his core strategic team. During this time, Shaina was responsible for coordinating the Design & Development process of Hilton Residences, Embassy’s Corporate office and Stonehill International School.

Passionate about education, Shaina believes that transforming the education infrastructure in our country is instrumental in building a strong future for our nation. The Group’s outreach initiatives are therefore designed to provide every child with a holistic education experience and access to a range of education resources such as teachers, a safe and hygienic learning environment, comprehensive health program, and educational programs. Shaina has developed an alumni program for Government School children, which supports students in gaining employment employment through scholarships for higher education, skill development, college and career counselling.

Actively advocating for collective action through a Embassy’s unique Corporate Connect Program, she draws together leaders and corporates across Embassy’s Business Parks with a common vision and aligned CSR mandates to spur collaboration for deeper and accelerated community transformation.

Shaina has been part of the founding team of Stonehill International School, one of India’s most respected IB world schools. She has served as a Governing Council member since its inception in 2008, been an integral part of the school’s journey and has contributed to its strategic growth. She has been responsible for overseeing the development of the masterplan of the school campus over the years.

Prior to joining Embassy, Shaina spent over 9 years in Sales and Marketing in the Hospitality Industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master’s in International Marketing.

Giulia Baima Bollone

Giulia Baima Bollone was born in Turin, Italy. At a very early age, she recognized her passion in design which guided her to work in many prestigious firms such as Living Design and Studio Rigotti. She worked as a designer, contributing and solving problems in different projects. In 1994, she furthered her proficiency by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Architecture in the Polytechnic of Turin.

She worked with the renowned architect Riccardo Zanetta in 1998. Together, they took charge in a famous large-scale restoration project of all the buildings in Piazza Vittorio Veneto in Turin, one of the largest historical squares in Europe. Giulia moved to India with her husband and two children in 2000. She worked in the fashion design industry before joining Dynamatic Technologies as the Head of Design Facility in 2007.

She joined the Embassy Group in 2017 and appointed shortly after as the Business Head of Embassy Interiors. With aptitude in architectural and interior design, building restoration, and space distribution, bringing in a holistic approach in design thinking, she set up the design and operations of Embassy Interiors.

Giulia’s believes that the human being is the focal point of each design. Her process is blending the personal taste of the users with their needs to produce thoughtful living spaces.

Rajesh Bajaj

Executive Director - Corporate Affairs

Rajesh Bajaj is the Executive Director, Corporate Affairs of Embassy Group, India’s leading property developer. Over the last three decades, Embassy together with its promoters has developed over 40 million sq ft. of commercial, residential, industrial & warehousing, retail and hospitality spaces in India and overseas.

At Embassy, Rajesh has been at the helm of Corporate Affairs for the last 25 years and is responsible for developing key strategies and implementing action plans, targeting all external stakeholders. He has demonstrated experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, and Industry Association Management. With a passion for Public Policy Advocacy, Rajesh has created a strong stake holder group to promote adoption of best practices at Embassy.

Adding to the above, Rajesh has played a key role in establishing the Hilton brand in Bangalore, with the opening of the flagship property at the Embassy Golf Links. Having spearheaded all initiatives related to the Hilton Hotel which include both strategic and operational, Rajesh has brought about a successful business hotel which continues to add immense value to the Corporate Occupiers at EGL.

Prior to joining Embassy, Rajesh was an entrepreneur of a Finance and Real estate venture.

Maria Rajesh

Chief Human Resources Officer

Maria Rajesh is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Embassy Group. An experienced Head Corporate Human Resources with a demonstrated history of working in the Real Estate industry. She has helped in setting up business operations across Industry verticals with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Performance & Rewards, Employee Engagement and Leadership Development. She is certified from Cornell University in Strategic Human Resources Leadership. She has over 20 years of experience of which 15+ years is in Human Resources and Corporate Affairs.

Maria has been with the Embassy Group since 2006 and was responsible for setting up the Human Resources function, development of HR policies, creation of organizational programs and processes that achieve business objectives. As CHRO, Maria is a part of the Leadership team and is core to the People Initiatives across the diversified businesses of the Group.

Prior to joining Embassy, she was with the Aditya Birla Group company, PSI Data Systems- where she worked as Strategic Executive Assistant at PSI Data.

Maria also actively supports non-profit organizations like the World Vision India, Little Sisters of the Poor and the Lovedale Foundation.

Rajesh Kaimal

Chief Financial Officer

Rajesh Kaimal is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Executive Director of Embassy Developments Ltd., and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Embassy Group. He is an accomplished finance professional with over 30 years of experience in financial planning and control, treasury and fund raising, accounts, budgeting, costing, project financing and management, procurement, SAP implementation, secretarial/legal, taxation, and business development and operations. His financial acumen, strategic leadership, and ability to drive transformative initiatives make him an invaluable asset to the organisation. 
 
He has worked with the Manipal Group for 17 years, where he held various leadership roles and contributed significantly to the organisation’s growth, profitability, and efficiency. Rajesh was also involved in establishing several educational institutions in India and abroad, including the Bangalore campus of Manipal Academy for Banking, the Dubai campus of Manipal University, Manipal International University in Malaysia, and the American University of Antigua. 
 
As Embassy Group CFO, Rajesh played a crucial role in the successful listing of India’s first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), which is valued at INR 28,000 crore. In addition to raising funds in excess of INR 17,000 crore from diverse lenders and investors, he has enabled the sales of Embassy Tech Village (a 100-acre Commercial Park) to the Embassy Office Parks Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and Embassy Industrial Parks to Blackstone India. Overseeing the Information Technology department, he has empowered the organisation’s digital transformation journey, implementing SAP across the Group and adopting solutions such as Salesforce, Ariba, Build Supply, Power BI, Open Apply, and Custom Fiori App Solutions. 
 
Rajesh has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from K. J. Somaiya College, Mumbai, and an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Technology & Management, Mumbai. In his free time, he enjoys reading books. 

Kahraman Yigit

Co-Founder & CEO, Olive by Embassy

Kahraman brings 17 years of global real estate development and operations expertise. He started his career in the family real estate business in Istanbul where he was involved in the development of New Istanbul, a satellite city project, on 1.500 acres of land. From 2009 onwards, he decided to focus and specialize on developing and operating student housing projects in Turkey and the region. In the past decade Kahraman pioneered the purpose-built student housing market in Turkey gathering together a number of institutional investors. He was educated in Gordonstoun School, Scotland and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business administration from Bryant University, Rhode Island, USA.

Maria Zakharova

Director - Education Services

Maria Zakharova heads the education vertical of Embassy Group as the Director of Education Services and School Management. She Chairs the Governing Council of Embassy Academy since its inception in 2024 and has been responsible for managing and guiding the overall development of school campus and its operations and is an integral part of the school’s journey. She is also serving as a Governing Council member of Stonehill International School and is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth and development of the school.

Maria brings nearly 13 years of experience with the company; she has been based in India for over 5 years and previously spent 20+ years in Dubai.
